Item Description
4x5x1” deep box contains superbly designed game by All-Fair. ©1939 John F. Dille, Co. Complete game consists of deck of 35 cards plus instruction card. Card fronts feature choice illustrations. All backs feature same design of Buck Rogers and Wilma Deering with rocket ship. Game plays like Old Maid and there are 17 matching pairs of illustrations with a single Killer Kane card who serves as the Old Maid. Characters/chips depicted are Buck Rogers, Wilma Deering, Dr. Huer, Black Barney, Queen Guilia, Teiko Man, Dr. Jonda, Yeddo, Alura, Tiger Man, Depth Men, Mekkano Man, Asterite, Ardala, Tiger Ship, Buddy Deering and Rogers’ Battle Cruiser. Cards are in choice condition, VF/Exc., about as nice as any examples we’ve seen. Card box has nice illustration of Buck Rogers and rocket ship on lid with images of Buck and Wilma flying on side panels. Creases/dust soiling on corners but box retains its shape and remains free of splits. VG/Fine.
