Item Description
1.5x4x1.5" tall tin litho toy w/rubber tires and wood hubs. c. 1936 by Joseph Snyder Inc. These racers were produced for both Mickey and Donald and sold individually boxed and as part of a large speedway set. Car features a separate flat diecut tin figure of Mickey, each side of car bears the number "5." Comes w/key and works but runs better on carpet rather than a smooth surface. Tires have normal and typical aging but remain complete and intact. Scattered minute paint nicks but remains glossy. Fine. Scarce. From the Hake collection.
