Item Description
1-15/16” tall with a stickpin on the reverse of the brass shell hanger featuring a spread-winged eagle. Pair of tabs below hold a movable ornate brass frame with tassel accents. Reverse of the frame has 4 brass tabs holding the pair of real photo cardboard images into position. The frame is identical to DeWitt/Sullivan GC1884-45B, however, the piece offered here is from 1888 rather than 1884. Very tiny darkening of luster on right edge but about 95% remains fully lustrous and the cardboard photos are clean. Exc.
