Hake #3116. 7/8” tall by 1-3/8” wide beautiful die-cut brass with McKinley photo set within an oval accented by a pair of crossed American flags each with rwb enamel paint accent. Left-hand flag has narrow streak of missing paint at its center but overall paint remains about 90% complete and the photo and luster are Exc.
