Rwb and clear plastic 2.25x3.5” plastic sleeve holds paper insert with the printing and has a bar pin fastener on the reverse along with name of the maker Trimble, Pittsburgh. Plastic cover is die-cut at upper left into the contour of “G.O.P.” flag being held by the elephant. Likely used on a campaign train. Only defect is tiny 1/8” split on the top edge where the die-cut plastic joins the top edge of the plastic case. Likely this is as produced. Trivial tanning on the card but displays N. Mint. Rare limited issue.
