Kennedy’s National Conference On Constitutional Rights And American Freedom.” Typed inscription is “B.H. Nelson, Jr./N.J. Students For Kennedy.” This conference was held in New York City on Oct. 12, 1960 and JFK addressed the group. Also in attendance were Senator Humphrey, Mrs. Roosevelt, Senator Lehman, Mayor Wagner, Governor Herriman, Senator Morse and several other governors and senators.
