1920s or earlier. 3x3.5x3” tall cast metal w/design of company's product - a power operated excavating bucket used in quarries and mines. “American Manganese Steel Co. Chicago Heights Illinois” name stamped in low relief on back of base. Underside has felt. Lt. to moderate aging. Overall Fine. Great detail and nice design.
