5.75” wide, 15.75” tall with nice art image of “Safe-T-Cup” cone filled with soft ice cream with thermometer in center. Lower right has smiling art of “Scoopy” clown. Illinois Baking Corp. Chicago, Il. #651-080. 1950s. Bottom rim edge has a few scattered areas with small bits of missing paint, o/w sign has VF/Exc. appearance with working thermometer. Bright color and nice design.
