Item Description
Three items. Both die-cut light pulls are two-sided. Both feature Squirt Boy smiling at viewer. First is 5x6.5” die-cut thin cardboard catalogue #705 ©1947 The Squirt Co. which most likely has the earliest depiction of Squirt Boy. He’s shown sitting on a window ledge holding large bottle of Squirt. Art is signed at lower left Evan with a heart design which translates to Evanheart. Trace of lt. dust soil and a few lt. color rubs at one bottom corner on each side. Fine. Second light pull is 3.5” wide and 5.5” tall overall. Die-cut cardboard, ©1960 with text “The Drink With The Happy Taste” showing Squirt Boy at top of large bottle. Bright and Exc. Embossed thermometer is 5.75x13.5” ©1971 No. MS2R-71. Has bottle of Squirt sitting next to large lemon with thermometer at left and text at top “Never An After-Thirst Enjoy Squirt.” Tiny trace of wear around edges, overall VF. All 3 items have bright color and nice design.
