Two items. 13-5/8x16-5/8” wood frame holds 9x12-1/8” thin cardboard sign for “Chocolate Soldier In Bottles” drink. #CS-6 c. 1950s with nice graphics of wooden soldier standing guard with whimsical castle in bkg. Sign has scattered wear around edges. Fine with bright color. 12x15” wooden shadow box frame holds 9.5x11.25” sign c.1915 made of a wood product called Micore. Promotes “Croft’s Swiss Milk Cocoa The Purest Product Of The Cocoa Bean” with choice graphics showing period bottle with cocoa bean plant at left. Croft & Allen Co. Philadelphia. Trace of lt. wear along left and right side margin edges. VF. Wonderful design.
