c. late 1950s. 1” chrome accent case has dial with nice cartoon image of “Toppie” elephant character smiling at viewer. 5/8X9" Band is a replacement in ostrich grain. Case has full bright luster and is Exc. Dial has all-over pinpoint spotting really only noticeable on close inspection. Fine. Working.
