c. 1920s. N.H. Miller Co., Jeanette Pa. 11.5x11-5/8x1-3/8” deep thin cardboard box has nice lid graphics of two Brownies playing horseshoes with flowers in bkg. Contents include pair of 11.25” tin litho bases with graphics of 5 Brownies playing horseshoes, 2 metal posts and 4 hard rubber horseshoes, each 5.5” tall with Brownie name in relief at top on each. Box lid is lightly but evenly tanned with splits at 2 corner seams and in center of front edge panel. Lt. wear around edges. VG. Base platforms have scattered lt. wear with a few scratches and small dents here and there. VF. Horseshoes have lt. aging with scattered color rubs but Fine. Nicely designed set.
