I Am Enclosing Your Official Membership Card And Flight Patrol Badge, And I Want You To Carry This Card In Your Pocket And Wear The Badge On Your Coat Lapel At All Times. Congratulations On Your New Membership. Sincerely, Captain Midnight.” Lower left corner has art image of badge. Badge is flight wings with litmus paper. Card is 2-7/8x3-7/8” with space for member name as a “Junior Pilot In The Captain Midnight Flight Patrol” with graphics at top of Captain Midnight’s plane flying around town clock at midnight along with Skelly Oil logo.
