©1938 Transogram #1020. 6.25x12” die-cut cardboard holds 18 wooden clothespins, each 2.5”. Has poem at left “Pin Your Clothes Upon The Line Use These Clothespins – They Are Fine.” Two sets of staple holes on either side of illustrated clothesline. These once held pulleys and a string to be used as a washline. Not noticeable. Cardboard has horizontal crease at top of clothespins. Clear tape reinforcement on back and left side, surface dust, color lightened with age. VG. Set more commonly seen with different color bkg., clothes color, text at top, roof color, etc.
