Item Description
c. 1930s. 21.5x33x7/8” deep corrugated cardboard shipping box with paper label on front contains several die-cut cardboard pieces with art deco designed graphics. Box is heavily worn with torn label. VG. Includes 20-7/8x33” display sign with easel back with large image of light bulb on front, pair of 29.5” tall inserts, one reading “Dependable,” the other reading “Economical,” and 3 die-cut figures ranging in size from 11.75” tall to 14” tall wearing tuxedos with signs promoting reasons to buy Hygrade bulbs. Each is designed to be displayed with 3 different light bulbs to be used as heads. Three period light bulbs are included to complete the display. Signs have moisture marks and lt. rippling across bottoms. VG. Standee figures have a few tiny edge dents but are overall VF with bright color and nice design. Bulbs appear Exc. Elaborate display with great designs.
