Item Description
17.25x25-1/8” ornate wooden period frame has 11.5x19-3/8” opening revealing print with 8x15-5/8” image area showing Navy ships on high seas in heavy battle. ©1898 N.F. Tobin. U.S.V. Navy. New York. Art is by F. Fetherston. Relief wood on frame front is worn with scattered missing pieces here and there. VG. Blank margins of print have lt. aging. Print has .75” tear at lower right and tiny piece has come loose from lower left corner tip. Fine. Nice design with wonderful graphics.
