1898. 9x16” glass with thin link chain frame has wonderful image of ships in battle on high seas including American ship "Olympia" firing on Spanish ship "Reine Christina" and scoring direct hit with bodies falling overboard and in sea. ©M.F. Tobin U.S.V. Navy, New York. Lower left has printed signature of artist F. Fetherston-98. Blank margin edges have a few color rubs here and there but some loss of color. Main image area is Fine.
