Item Description
c. late 1890s. Issued by J. & P. Coats. All have images of specific ships. Two boxes are 3.5x5.25x2.25” deep. One has lid graphics of "Vesuvius" and the other has lid graphics of "Atlanta". Round turned wood box is 3.75” dia. by 2” deep with lid graphics of "San Francisco". Inside lids all have paper labels promoting J.&P. Coats thread. Lt. scattered aging here and there with a few color rubs. Label on inside of round box has scattered moisture marks and a tiny bit of missing paper at left. Overall boxes are Fine. High quality with nice designs.
