Item Description
c. 1898. 4-3/8” dia., 9” tall overall glazed polychrome w/domed pewter lid w/scrolled thumb lift. Has wonderful relief images of "General Miles, Admiral Schley, Admiral Dewey, Admiral Sampson and General Lee." All played important roles in the war. Underside of stein is stamped “Germany” with number 1258. St. bend to top finial, possibly as made. Minor trace of aging. Exc. appearance. Elaborate design with wonderful images.
