9.75x19.75x1.5" deep box contains complete and unused parts for Gabrielle game © 1955. Lid design includes image of Fess Parker as Crockett. Right side panel of lid has st. fade o/w box is bright and glossy. Exc. Board is 18.75x19.5" w/overhead view of forts, desert and mountain regions, etc. plus small repeated Indian chief portrait on many of the designated game board squares. Lt. scattered wear to the reverse, st. warp but playing surface remains Exc. The playing pieces remain sealed in box insert although the cellophane is split along one side edge. This is version that features 1.5" tall hard plastic figural playing pieces depicting Davy rather than generic markers. Other parts include spinner and perforated card sheet plus a "Real Compass." These pieces are Mint.
