Item Description
1930s. 9.5” tall with starched fabric face over celluloid with wooden pipe. Has formed wooden/starched shoes with velour cap, jacket and pants. Arms are stitched cotton with faint anchor images. Scattered aging and dust soil, a bit of color fade here and there. VG/Fine. Interesting image. Stands well.
