1930s. Maker unknown. 15.75" tall tightly stuffed cotton fabric all around with original wooden pipe and 3 metal buttons on shirt. Tiny hole in right ear, legs and hat have lt. creasing. Exc. for this type and age doll. Bright color and great design.
