Item Description
c. 1940s by Howa. Japan. 4-3/8” tall overall including 2-5/8x3x1-1/8” tall metal base. Cello bear holding metal bucket sits in metal chair with chicken next to him with metal posts behind them holding tin umbrella with attached celluloid balls. When wound on underside, umbrella spins around, bear moves up and down and chicken moves back and forth. Metal bucket has trace of lt. wear on inside. Fine. Trace of lt. aging but toy o/w VF.
