Well shaped w/clean and glossy images. 4x8.5x3" tall battery operated tin car has shield-shaped emblems on each side w/profile and name "Dick Tracy/© 1949 F. A. Synd." From back of car is long plastic-covered green cord that is attached to steering box that holds batteries. Car moves forward and in reverse, can be steered, siren works, doesn't light but original bulb. Chevrolet-style logos on hub caps. Plastic wire has two splits, does not affect operation. Box is VF.
