Nicely dressed with separate fabric apron and pink bonnet with white frills. She holds paper flowers in one hand and a plastic sprinkler in the other. This hand had broken off at the wrist at one point and has been re-glued. The glue is visible although it is not offensive. Toy is working. She bends over as she raises and lowers a sprinkling can a few times. She then stands upright and her eyes blink and flower petals open to expose a yellow transparent cover which lights. Toy has a nice appearance for display, complete with many different accessory pieces constructed from a variety of materials. One of the classic Japanese battery toys.
