Item Description
8.75" tall solid bronze figurine on marble base. Depicts legendary Disney Duck artist Carl Barks as a duck character holding an artist pen. Plate on front reads "The Barkster By Carl Barks." Produced in 1995 in a limited production run of just 100. Hand-numbered on base "96/100," back of base signed by both Carl Barks and figurine sculptor Randy Bowen in gold ink. Comes in original box with label showing two views of figurine and noting it was "Produced By Gemstone Publishing Inc. And Dark Horse Comic Inc. In Conjunction With Bowen Designs." Issued with 8.5x11" "The Barkster-Bronze Edition Certificate Of Authenticity" which comes in beautiful cardstock display folder. Certificate is also hand-numbered and signed by Randy Bowen. Also issued with VHS video tape. Figurine is Mint as issued. Listed in Hake's Disney Price Guide at $1,600.
