Vol. 36, #6 and Vol. 37, #1 published in Feb., Mar., 1941. Both published by Street & Smith Publications, Inc. Feb. issue features “The Chinese Primrose” story and features cover with Chinese villain attacking woman while The Shadow sneaks up on him, about to club him in the head with butt of his gun. Mar. issue features woman shooting man as The Shadow attempts to restrain her. First issue has ad for Shadow comics and The Shadow Club. Lt. wear with some surface paper missing on lower spine. Issue remains tight with sharp corners to covers. Fine+. Second issue has .25x.75” chip at lower left corner and some surface paper missing from lower spine. VG. “Bookery’s Guide To Pulps & Related Magazines” lists value in stated conditions equaling $210.
