1.25” with text “What Did The Woggle Bug Say?” Button was issued in 1904 to promote Frank Baum’s newspaper comic page “Queer Visitors From The Marvelous Land Of Oz.” Reverse is covered in metal rather than the variety being open with a Keystone Badge of Reading, Pa. backpaper. Metal has center stamp of company Pin Lock. The curl also reads “Photo Jewelry Mfg. Co. Chicago.” Celluloid is essentially Mint. Scarce and a particularly rare variety of the design. N. Mint, displaying Mint.
