1-3/8” litho marked on curl by maker “Wendell-M.W., Inc. St. Paul.” Photo probably shows tiny mark under the letter “C” of “OFFICIAL” but that has been removed and the button displays N. Mint with just the slightest scattered dustiness and trivial tiny marks on the paint but still extremely Fine and glossy, particularly for a litho.
