2.5” tall badge with revolving red and clear plastic center wheel. Limited War Years Production and when Ovaltine ran out they sent an apology letter substituting a premium from earlier years. This is an outstanding N. Mint example with just a pair of barely visible 1/16” scratch lines. Rarely found so clean.
