Item Description
Brass ring with adjustable bands is of the same design as the 1941 Orphan Annie Secret Guard initial ring. However, on the sides of this ring is a pair of Indian symbols, one of a bird and the other of a horse, rather primitively drawn. Top of the ring has initial “S.” Ring was issued by a 1930s-40s maker of a chocolate and walnut candy product still in production today. Part of ring top and by one lower corner there is a little lustrous flashing and the ring may once have been covered in this material but now it is basically a glossy more yellow brass finish. Displays Exc. and we’ve had only 2 or 3 of these over the years. Rare.
