Item Description
This and the following 2 instruments are from a series made by Noble & Cooley Co. in 1936. Painted metal body has 7” dia. and depth of 1.5” while length is 18”. Body has paper cover depicting Mickey playing a banjo. Has 4 original wood tuning keys and 4 strings. The stiff paper cover has aged but is structurally sound and free of any splits/tears. Wood neck shows small trace of wear, rim of metal body has some paint nicks/rubs. Fine. Rare.
