The medals are each 1.5” dia. encapsulated in plastic and each comes in specially-designed 4x6” high quality hinged case with separate insert holder. Each also comes with original illustrated cardboard box with gold foil label and illustrated folder with information about this series. Back of each medal, as well as packaging, features image of Mickey as a director with text “Hollywood Mickey/Disney Studios Florida/1 Troy Ounce .999 Fine Silver.” Each front features different date and image including 1928 Mickey and Minnie in a car, 1932 Mickey receiving an award corresponding with Walt’s honorary Oscar for the creation of Mickey, 1978 Mickey and Minnie receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, 1989 Mickey becomes the mascot for the new Disney Studios theme park. Each accompanying folder has individual serial number and notes these as being proofs. These were originally issued at $45 each. Boxes are Exc., all contents are Mint as issued.
