Complete and extensive set of 96 different. 2.75x4.25” paper cards from 1930s promotion issued by various bakery & dairy companies (see store sign #2262) and intended to be mounted in the Mickey Mouse recipe scrapbook. Each features choice art on front, primarily of Mickey & Minnie Mouse. A few of the backs are blank variety but vast majority have text including advertising and recipes along with imprints for a number of different issuers. All have scattered trace of aging and margin wear. About a dozen backs have some degree of surface paper loss where once mounted. Another dozen or so have 1/8” to .25” tear on top or bottom margin. While most of the cards have wear/aging, for the most this does not affect the art which remains bright, clean and colorful. While there are some in VG and some as high as N. Mint, the vast majority grades about Exc.
