Item Description
5.5x7.25x7.5” tall painted wood. 1939. Front has high relief images of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs against bkg. of cottage and large shuttered window. Tuning and volume knobs are simulated acorns. A simulated jewel on Snow White’s dress lights when radio is turned on. Back of case has 1.5” dia. metal “Emerson” plate and marked with model number “Q236.” Speaker cloth remains intact. Has all original wiring, tubes, etc. as well as electric cord. Works. Shows small scattered traces of wear and aging including some minor paint flakes/rubs. Overall still VF and about as nice as any we’ve ever offered. The previous example of this model we offered, in lesser condition, sold for $1,262. From the Michael J. Stern Collection.
