8.5x11” printed “Agreement Between Steveland Morris And American Society Of Composers, Authors & Publishers” with New York City address has 4 pages with ink stamp date of “Dec. 22, 1975” at lower right corner of front cover. Contract is for years 1976-1985. Twelve paragraph contract has ink stamped signature on page 3 of ASCAP president Stanley Adams and just to the right inked signatures of “Owner” Steveland Morris, witnessed by Yolanda E. Simmons. Miss Simmons, who was Stevie Wonder’s secretary and bookkeeper as well as mother of his first child, has obviously signed for Stevie. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
