Item Description
14x19.75” first and only printing for benefit concert that took place at the Fillmore Auditorium on Oct. 29, 1967. Concert was sponsored by “Citizens For A Yes On Proposition ‘P’.” Proposition "P" was a call to end the war in Vietnam and bring home the troops. It was defeated when it came to a vote a month after this concert. Concert featured Jefferson Airplane, Mother Earth, Mad River, and The Committee. Great psychedelic art/lettering by Jim Blashfield features large American flag-wearing figure reaching out with bombs dropping around its hand and shadowed face with peace sign on cheek. Lt. corner tip wear but Exc. Scarce.
