14-1/16x21-1/16” first and only printing for Apr. 11-13, 1968 concerts at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA featuring Big Brother & the Holding Company, Iron Butterfly, Booker T & The MG’s. Poster art by Patrick Lofthouse and Thomas Weir prominently features photo images of Big Brother and the Holding Company in a star pattern with Janis Joplin at its top tip. Though Booker T & The MG’s were scheduled to play this concert, they pleaded with concert promoters so they could attend the funeral service for Martin Luther King Jr. who had been assassinated a week prior. Tiny corner bumps. Exc.
