Item Description
Lot of four 16.25x19.75” photo prints of Phil Ceccola’s early photos of Bruce Springsteen. Included here, prints show Springsteen with headphones on playing his Esquire guitar, leaping into the air as members of the E Street Band play on under disco ball, belting out a tune into microphone and peeking around partially opened door. Ceccola’s work was showcased on the front cover of Springsteen’s “Tracks” boxed set and the “18 Tracks” collection. Ceccola’s work was also featured in “Rolling Stone” magazine, VH-1’s “Legends” documentary and the “Songs” Springsteen book. Over the years, Springsteen formed a personal and professional friendship with Ceccola and gave the photographer all-access entry to his personal and private musical world. Each print has matching 30/195 edition numbering and each have been signed by Ceccola in black ink. Lt. wear but if framed, would display Exc. Great quality photos by a talented photographer who tragically died in 2003 from cancer. Comes with Hake's COA.
