1 1/8" diameterx5.5" tall made by American Can Co. for Michelin Tire Company Milltown, N.J. Left side has dates when Michelin products were introduced in different countries, including America 1907. Scattered light to moderate wear with tiny bits of color missing. Over VG. Tin still has some original talc inside. Unusual promotion designed for women.
