4x9" w/inset photo at left of Hearne just above photo of his #14 race car has art image in center of "Double Seal Piston Ring" and reproduction at right side of November 29, 1919 type-written letter from Eddie Hearne on Chevrolet stationery endorsing double seal piston rings which helped him break world's 100 mile record at Phoenix w/his Chevrolet Special. Hearne raced in the first Indy 500 in 1911 and participated in eight more Indy 500s between 1912 and 1927. Bottom of blotter has ink-stamped imprint for agent in Hanover, PA. A few lt. handling creases and trace of lt. dust soil but overall Fine.
