Book is ©1936 New York World's Fair 1939 Incorporated. Book has 36 deckle edged pages including introduction by Grover Whalen w/painting of Geo. Washington being inaugurated on facing page, and art of proposed theme center, midway, roads of nation leading to fair, map of fair area, aerial photo view of model of fairgrounds, and double page of large actual area photo of N.Y. City area w/Flushing Long Island area highlighted for fairground location. Folio covers are heavily worn w/dust soiling and bits of missing paper around edges. VG. Book itself is Exc. Superb high quality printing and great design. Likely very limited distribution.
