7.25x9.5" four-page comic © 1948 National Comics Publications Inc. issued for "The Greater Cleveland Hospital Fund." Features Superman "In A Dramatic Story Of Mercy That Strikes At The Heart Of Cleaveland's Future." Moderate scattered margin wear, a number of small tears, .25" or so, .5" long sliver missing from top spine edge. Back cover lower right corner has 1" archival tape repair. Despite the margin wear, still a clean copy of this rare giveaway. Good and scarce.
