1950s. Made by long time belt manufacturer Hickok. .75x27.75" stretch fabric w/leather attachments on both ends and brass accent metal buckle has art images of Howdy, Clarabell, Dilly Dally, and Mr. Bluster. Elastic is lightly rippled but still pliable. Exc. with great design.
