c. early 1950s. 6.5" dia. 4" tall overall w/nice art image of smiling Howdy on left and right front of brim along w/rope design. Inside has cloth tag "All Wool Sold Under License From Bob Smith Creator of Howdy Doody Styled By Lewis". Some dust soil and lt. aging. Inside has ink stamped name of original owner in two places. Outside has Fine appearance. Nice design.
