March 5, 1934. 5 7/8x7 7/8" glossy photo of sad looking well-dressed woman sitting in office looking at viewer has Associated Press print-out on back identifying "Elaine De Kant Dent Burton", pictured here, as a mysterious "Anne Martin" who had visited the Desperado frequently" . Text mentions police believes she was giving Dillinger information on how to meet John Hamilton who shortly afterwards killed a Chicago policeman. Image on front has ink touch up to her blouse with gray paint added to outline head as issued. Photo has some rippling with several handwritten notes on back. Overall Fine. Nice photo.
