Front cover has wonderful scene of Barney Google riding Spark Plug racing against smiling Jiggs who is riding Maud the Mule and multitude of comic strip characters look on from borders. Contents include 51 characters including Krazy Kat, Happy Hooligan, Felix the Cat, a pre-Popeye Olive Oyl and her brother Ham Gravy, Toots and Casper, The Newlyweds and others. Front cover has trace of lt. dust soil at right and lower left of image area. Insides are clean and tight. Overall Fine/VF. Superb graphics by one of King Features Syndicate's top cartoonists.
