Item Description
Front of base is stamped “King Feature Syndicate 1926". This is variety marked American Artworks Coshocton, Ohio, not Polar Lark. 3.5" diameter x 5.5" tall hollow white cast metal shows nine famous KFS characters including Krazy Kat, Jiggs, Maggie, Barney Google, Pa from Polly and Her Pals, Abie the Agent, Hans from the Captain And The Kids, Spark Plug, and we believe Jerry On The Job. This non Polar Lark version was most likely given out by KFS to newpaper editors. Some general wear to silver luster. Fine. Great design w/nice likenesses.
