Item Description
1940s. 10.5" tall painted plaster with wonderful design of smiling pretty woman wearing low-cut gown and high heels holding glass of Pepsi standing on stage next to actual glass bottle of Pepsi which still has most of contents. Bottle is attached to display and has metal cap in place on top. Front has relief image of "Pepsi-Cola" bottle cap with "Sparkling Quality" text in relief at right. Can be placed on counter top for display or has metal hook on back for wall display. Right side of base has small incised text Made By Plasto MFG. Co. Chicago. Right side of base top has tiny incised text "Deak" most likely designer of display. Slight trace of aging, bottle cap is worn, display otherwise is Exc. One of the most graphic Pepsi items ever made. Only second we've offered. Previous one sold for almost $2000.
