c. 1950s. 13.75x18" with interesting designs showing three cards representing the winning hand at Black Jack. Graphics are silk screened. Made by "Scioto Sign Canton, O." A few hairline scratches, a few tiny dots of missing paint but overall near Exc. appearance. Scarce. Superb display item.
